Where We Ship

We currently ship within the UK only.

Shipping Method & Rates

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders (displayed at checkout).

Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders take 2 working days to be processed and packed before dispatch.

We do dispatch on weekends.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Time

Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thethrivingmuslim.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived 7 working days after the expected delivery date.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Please contact us with your order number.

  2. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address.

  3. Once classified as lost, we will issue a replacement, or a refund if the item is out of stock.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
