Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Thriving Muslim. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you need to return your order, please review the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on all physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • In original packaging

We currently offer refunds only (no exchanges).

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • You must contact us before sending the item back.

  • Items must be in resaleable condition.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thethrivingmuslim.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos

In these cases, we will cover return postage or provide a replacement/refund where appropriate.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or provider to process the refund

We cannot refund:

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • Items sent back without contacting us first

  • Return postage on change-of-mind returns

Legal Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
